Αλυσίδα μπαλάκι διαμαντοκοπής και ένα περίγραμμα εξαγώνου κρεμαστό, σχηματίζουν αυτό το ξεχωριστό κολιέ. Η αλυσίδα κλείνει με ένα απλό κούμπωμα.
