Shipping

Thank you for your order. We will ship your items within 2-3 business days via post, and this is free of charge. If you prefer shipping by courier (e.g. FedEx, DHL), this will be at extra cost, so please contact us.

After your package is shipped, we will send you an email with the estimated arrival date and related details.

Please note that Enaena is not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties on the items shipped. These costs, if any, will be borne by the customer.

We estimate delivery times of 5-7 business days for Europe, and 7-9 business days for the rest of the world. Covid-19 is affecting some countries, often doubling the delivery time. Please contact us only after that period.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is for 30 days. It means that you have 30 days after you receive the item, during which you can return it to us. Please note the following:

  • Please send us an email within 24 hours of item receipt, about your intention to return an item and the reasons for it. You may email your concern to us at care@enaena.eu.
  • We will then provide you with an address to which to send back the item.
  • If the item is defective, we will refund the postal fee, via the national postal service you use. We will not pay the courier cost for returns.
  • You recognise that we must receive the item back before any refunds are issued. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, since it is not a guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all item tags present.
  • We do not accept returns on customised orders, which means a modification of an item from our website, or a specially designed item for you. To complete your return, we will also require proof of purchase.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of our approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

In case of an exchange, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. It depends on your geographical location.
